This unit is constructed of a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis with stainless-steel front, sides, and front top ledge. This is the largest and heaviest griddle plate in its class. Every 12″ of that griddle cooking zone is a U-shaped burner that can be set from anywhere between 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This design will give you the best opportunity to perfectly cook anything on your menu to please even your most difficult customers. Then at the end of the day, this unit is easy to clean.
