This heavy-duty, electric griddle has a stainless-steel cooking surface, front, sides, back, and tapered side splashes with a 3/4″ Rapid Recovery griddle plate. This model has solid sheathed, tubular incoloy heating elements and three snap action thermostat controls with a cycling light, each. The thermostats can be adjusted from anywhere between 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This plate and control design will allow for everything from maple French toast to burgers to be cooked evenly. The cool to the touch control knobs are chromed and have knob guards for protection. This unit includes a 3-1/2″ wide, front grease trough that will empty into a large capacity grease drawer. At the end of the day, when it’s time to clean up, you’ll have no problem disposing of the grease for this unit.
