After your goodies are nice and crispy, scoop them up from their hot oil bath and drop them into this dump station.

The Frymate-VX15 is the perfect “Add-On” accessory and can be attached to any side of an electric, gas, or KleenScreen PLUS fryer battery. It stands on four casters, two of which are locking and is constructed of 18 gauge steel body with a stainless steel cabinet. The cabinet is an ideal place for you to store your most important, go-to tools, such as tongs, scoops, and even the fry bags you use to serve your customers with.

After you transfer your fried foods from the fryer to this station, any excess oil will fall through the sloped, stainless-steel drain and fall into the grease collector. The grease collector is easy to remove and is dishwasher safe.
