This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The twelve open top burners give off 30,000s BTU, and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty, cast iron grates have different measurements, the front burners measure 12″ by 12-1/2″, the rear burners measure 12″ by 14-1/2″. Every two burners share a pilot, which is ignited with a shrouded flash tube system. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees.

The two ovens included with this unit has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with two racks and two rack guide sets for a total of four rack positions that are available for you to use once its time to start cooking. The inside is protected by a heavy-duty door, with an integrated door hinge and spring.
