This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The four open top burners provides 30,000 BTU and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The cast grates are heavy-duty, the front burners measures 12″ by 12-1/2″, the rear burners measures 12″ by 14-1/2″ it has a shrouded flash tube system and one pilot per every two burners. A thermostatic griddle that measures 36″ is included, it has a 7/8″ thick plate and a 4″ wide front grease trough.

The two ovens included with this unit has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with two racks and two rack guide sets for a total of four rack positions that are available for you to pick from when its time to cook. The inside is protected by a heavy-duty door with an integrated door hinge and spring.
