This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The eight open top burners provide 30,000 BTU, and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The cast grates are heavy-duty, the front burners measure 12″ by 12-1/2″, the rear burners measure 12″ by 14-1/2″. It has a shrouded flash tube system and one pilot per every two burners. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees.

The two ovens included with this unit has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat the area.
