The Vulcan 36S-2B24GT Endurance Range is a highly recommended appliance and is a great addition to include in any kitchen. It’s flexibility is unrivaled and it can adapt to nearly any location. This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The two open top burners provide 30,000 BTU, and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The cast grates are heavy-duty, the front burners measure 12″ by 12-1/2″, the rear burners measure 12″ by 14-1/2″. It has a shrouded flash tube system and one pilot per every two burners. A 24″ thermostatic griddle is included, it has a 7/8″ thick and 4″ wide front grease trough. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees.

The oven included with this appliance has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with two racks and two rack guide sets for a total of four rack positions that are available for you to choose from. The inside is protected by a heavy duty door with an integrated door hinge and spring.
