This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The two open top burners give off 30,000 BTUs, and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty, cast iron grates have different measurements, the front burners measure 12″ by 12-1/2″, the rear burners measure 12″ by 14-1/2″. It has a shrouded flash tube system and one pilot per every two burners. The charbroiler has four 16,000 BTU burners with supercharger dividers. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees.

The oven included with this appliance has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with two racks and two rack guide sets for a total of four rack positions that are available for you to pick from. The inside is protected by a heavy-duty heavy duty door, with an integrated door hinge and spring.
