The manual griddle measures 36″, it has a 7/8″ thick plate and a 4″ wide front grease trough. The oven included with this unit has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with two racks and two rack guide sets for a total of four rack positions that are available for you to choose from. The inside is protected by a door is heavy duty, with an integrated door hinge and spring.
