For high-heat applications, the Vollrath 62167 solid Spoodle resists temperatures as high as 230 degrees Fahrenheit. To resist corrosion, the scoop is made of stainless steel, and the Grip ‘N Serve handle is coated in antimicrobial that reduces the spread of germs. Because the handle is ivory, employees can use it for color-coded applications, and a stopper on the back of the handle prevents it from sliding into a pot when an employee needs to step away. This spoodle accommodates 3 ounces of product.
