If you want to expand your mixers versatility to include grinding and slicing, a No. 12 hub can accommodate the appropriate Vollrath attachments.

The Vollrath 40759 holds forty quarts and features a three-speed belt driven transmission with a digital control panel for easy shifts in speed while this unit is running. The speed can be changed to suit a multitude of mixing tasks. It has a #12 hub that can accommodate a Vollrath meat grinder and vegetable slicer attachments. This is for added flexibility between grinding, slicing, and mixing. It is shipped standard with a dough hook, wire whisk, flat beater, stainless-steel mixing bowl and safety guard.
