The Vollrath 40756 holds ten quarts and features a five-speed direct drive transmission with a digital control panel for easy shifts in speed while this unit is running. It has a 5 speed, 1/3 hp motor along with a few accessories. The speed can be changed to suit a multitude of mixing tasks. The accessories include a dough hook, a wire whisk, and a beater. This mixer can do anything from kneading dough to whisking light and fluffy creams. The bowl guard is specialized and will keep any contents from tangling up in the agitator while in operation. It includes a pour spout so you’ll be able to add ingredients during operation.

The controls are easy to understand and simple to use. It has an off/on switch, with two sets of arrows. One pair of arrows control the speed and the other sets the timer which has a clear display. As soon as the 30-minute timer ends, the mixer will stop automatically.
