There are three fixed divisions in this hot food display cabinet that let operators merchandise three full-size food pans or six half-size food pans, all under top-mounted halogen lighting to enhance presentation and the appearance of food. The stainless steel top can be used as a plate warming area, while a double-skin stainless steel base reduces heat loss and allows for use as a countertop or drop-in model.
