The Vollrath 38117 ServeWell hot food station offers reliable and straightforward food dispensing. Its fiber-reinforced resin wells are thermoset, easy to clean, and protected from pitting and rusting, while the self-regulating thermostatic heat controls can make necessary adjustments when water temperature or food quantity changes for reduced waste. The station comes broken down but has pre-drilled guide holes on all four sides to ease breath guard attachment (not included). Users can place kitchen supplies on the stainless steel undershelf and plates on the undercounter plate shelf. This unit features a cutting board for additional flexibility in fast-paced back-of-house kitchens.

To maximize efficiency, the capillary tube thermostats control the supply power only as needed. Capable of holding temperatures above 150 degrees Fahrenheit, the Vollrath 38117 hot food table features three total wells to hold mashed potatoes, fried chicken, green beans, and other hot-temperature-based buffet dishes. Its body is constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel, while its base is made of 16-gauge stainless steel to withstand irregularities to the structure. For maintenance or cleaning needs, it can be maneuvered on its set of four 4-inch casters.
