One of our highest recommended units is the STG2HRT-2S-2S roll-thru from True. The cabinet uses foamed-in-place, high density, polyurethane. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel. The frame rail is welded of heavy-duty steel, and coated with black powder to prevent corrosion. The two full height solid doors in the front and rear both include a positive seal self-closing feature and life-time guaranteed bolt style door lock. The interior has aluminum sides with a stainless-steel floor and ceiling. It is designed to accommodate roll-in racks up to 66″ in height.
The cabinet can provide temperatures in a range of 140 to 180 degrees, with a heating system that is controlled by an on/off switch located on the exterior. It has two stainless-steel finned tube heating elements designed to provide a consistent generation of heat. Low velocity fans are used to assure that even temperature is distributed.
