Half Hammerhead Shark, half Alligator, the Hammah Gatah is the inaugural mythical creature of the 6 Fin Series.

With a Southern inspired base, we add traditional Cajun seasoning and a hint of smoke. Its HOT, Scorpion pepper is the number one ingredient plus Carolina Reaper, 7 Pot Primo, and Habanero! but has a wonderful cajun spices and a touch of smoke to create the best balance of heat and flavour on the palate.
