Try “Papa Dub’s Hot Dip” –

1 cup mayonnaise
5 T soft butter or margarine
2 cups grated jack cheese (substitute colby)
onion, finely diced
red capsicum, finely diced
cup canned jalapenos, chopped

Mix mayonnaise and butter until smooth. Add onions, peppers, cheese and Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning to taste.
Refrigerate for one hour and then serve with crackers, chips or veggies for a spicy Cajun treat.
