The Scotsman CU50GA-1 undercounter ice maker’s user-friendly control panel shows its power status and provides cleaning reminders. If water does not flow to the unit, the panel alerts the operator. This unit operates with a gravity drain, meaning drain water moves into a floor drain naturally. If a floor drain is unavailable where this unit is to be installed, a unit with a drain pump would be needed.
