SCANPAN has revitalised their popular Classic knives by giving the range a sophisticated and refined makeover – enhancing both its design and performance. The Classic knife series has undergone a modernisation, featuring an elegant new look and improved functionality.

These knives are impeccably balanced, now equipped with a redesigned ergonomic bolster to enhance chopping grip. Crafted from the highest quality German stainless steel, each knife boasts an optimally weighted blade thickness. The blades are meticulously taper ground to achieve a “hairline finish,” heightening their resistance to corrosion. Moreover, they undergo Rockwell testing to ensure impeccable tempering and hardening, achieving a hardness scale of HRC 56-57.

• Cutting on a soft, non abrasive surface such as a timber or plastic cutting board will help prevent premature dulling of the blade
• Regular use of a SCANPAN Classic Diamond Sharpening Steel will ensure that your knives retain their keen razor sharp edge
• All SCANPAN Classic knives are dishwasher safe however due to the harsh nature of the machine cleansing process, we recommend that you hand wash your knife and dry it with a towel
• Use a storage block to house your knives and protect the blades. Never store cutlery pieces loose in a drawer
