We have made this specifically light handed on the salt so you can use it liberally to get all the flavour without oversalting your food.

Mix with plain flour and cornstarch to make the perfect salt and pepper tofu or squid, sprinkle over your morning eggs and dumplings, perfect with steak and rich meats.
