This medium heat sauce was inspired by the fruit we found for sale along the roadside in our local Yarra Valley. We caramelised a harvest of beautiful ripe blood plums, added basil and parsley plus a tiny hint of beetroot and spices. You’ll find it right at home in sandwiches, on salads, stir fries and more.
Ingredients: Fresh Plums (54%), chilli (40% – cayenne, habanero, arbol, chipotle), vinegar, prune juice, sugar, ginger, basil, onion, salt, orange zest & pulp, beetroot powder, spices, parsley, coffee, maple extract, xanthan gum, fruit pectin.
