Tonight we take you on a delicious journey far beyond the land of Spaghetti & Meatballs. Once you see how quick and easy fresh pasta is to make, you’ll be whipping up ravioli, gnocchi, and lasagna. Tips for using a hand pasta maker will be explored as we prepare: Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter, Gnocchi Gorgonzola, and the lightest Spinach Lasagna you have ever tasted. We will also make a variety of sauces including Alfredo, Tomato & Basil, and Puttanesca. Consider the pastabilities! (Hands-On)
