The Migali C-CR36 countertop, radiant gas and lava rock charbroiler is shipped standard for natural gas usage but includes a propane orifice kit for in-field conversion. This unit has a high polished, stainless steel exterior and chrome temperature knobs. Its stunning construction was designed for quick and easy cleaning. Each cooking zone is manually controlled and has three U shaped burners. The cast iron grates are underneath the cooking grates to support char-rocks and proper airflow. The cooking grates are reversible with angled sides for flat or sloped positions for a variety of ways to cook up recipes.
