Salsa Macha is a thick oily ‘do anything’ sauce you didn’t know you needed. Until now. Just one taste and you’ll be converted.

Made the traditional way with chile de arbol and olive oil. It has a moderate heat which will give an ooomph of flavour to most any meal. Try it on roasted veggies, salads, legume & grain bowls, eggs, drizzled on crusty bread, the list is endless.
