Sweet & Spicy, Inferno, Pepper, Mandarin Teriyaki, Pepperoni

Complete with cure pack, 5 seasoning packs, easy shaker bottle and instructions.

Each of the flavours in this kit wil season 4lbs (1.8kg), a total of 20lbs (9kg).
Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate 24 hours and finish in your oven, smoker or dehydrator.

Perfect for wild game, beef, fish and poultry of course. But, also great on vegetarian options like mushrooms, eggplant, tofu or even pumpkin.

Ingredients:
CURE: salt, sugar, sodium nitrate (.85%), caramel color; and

MANDARIN TERIYAKI SEASONING: sugar, soy sauce powder [soy sauce(wheat, soybean salt), maltodextrin and salt], modified starch, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, caramel color, onion and garlic powder, and ginger (with no more than 2% tri-calcium phosphate for anti-caking). Contains soy, wheat.

PEPPERONI SEASONING: salt, spice, dextrose, paprika, garlic powder, extractives of paprika, spice extractives. Less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Contains soy, wheat.

SWEET & SPICY SEASONING: sugar, soy sauce powder [soy sauce(wheat, soybean salt), maltodextrin and salt], spices and chile peppers, sugar, salt, onion powder, food starch, garlic powder, hydrolyzed plant protein, sesame oil, caramel colour, natural flavours, pineapple juice poweder (corn syrup solids and pineapple juice solids), natural smoke flavor, not more than 2% silicone dioxide added for processing. Contains soy, wheat and milk.

INFERNO SEASONING: salt, spices (including cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno, habanero and black pepper), sugar, natural flavors, natural smoke flavor, less than 2% sodium dioxide and propylene glycol added for processing.

PEPPER SEASONING: salt, spice, garlic powder, black pepper and spice extractives. Not more than 2% sodium dioxide and propylene glycol added for processing. Contain Soy.
