Dingo’s latest sauce is a A1 Steak style of sauce with lots of fruit & veg to give a big full bodied flavour. The Peach Candy Kane chile pepper from Bunbury, WA is just one of the locally sourced ingredients. With red dragon fruit from Carnarvon, plums from Kirup, organic Lake Debra salt in addition to local beetroot, apple, rhubarb, carrots and honey this is a love letter to Western Australia wrapped up in a bottle of delicousness.

The sweetness of the fruit is nicely balanced with sourness from tamarind and rhubarb and with the fragrant spiciness of allspice, coriander, fennel and cumin it is a stand out on a steak, potatos or a breakfast plate.

Dragon’s Bane has a lovely texture with dragon fruit seeds riddled throughout and the heat is immediate with a nice afterburn.
