To smoothly transport sheet pans from food prep areas to walk-in coolers, the Cambro UPR1826FA20580 Camshelving Ultimate sheet pan rack’s 32350-inch-wide by 2512-inch-deep by 711950-inch-tall structure is fitted with 5-inch non-marking metal swivel casters. Two of these casters are built with brakes to secure the unit in place, while all four are built with center stems that enhance stability when this unit is guided over uneven surfaces. This composite plastic unit resists rusting and corroding and is built with 20 pan rails that accommodate 20 full-size sheet pans or 40 half-size sheet pans. These rails are spaced 3 inches apart to simplify pan loading and removal, and their heat-resistant structures are capable of holding pans retrieved from a 350-degree-Fahrenheit oven. To keep the pans centered, these bottom-load, molded-in rails feature positioning ribs on their ends. The top frame’s molded-in supports accommodate an 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pan to protect contents stored on the lower racks.
