To avoid food becoming soggy in storage, vent caps built into each compartment remove moisture. The doors are secured with airtight gaskets, and the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam to maintain proper product temperatures. It comes in a neutral granite sand color to match many environments.

The Cambro UPC1600194 can be used to hold various depths of full-size food pans, and it has a maximum approximate capacity of 120 quarts per cavity. Built with 6-inch casters, it can be relocated through a banquet hall to help employees serve food; to enhance user control, it includes molded-in handles.
