KNIFE SKILLS WORKSHOP

By popular demand; a special class to introduce our students to the fundamentals of good knife skills; holding, chopping, sharpening, and knife storage. We will practice cutting a variety of vegetable shapes including dice, julienne, mince, and brunoise. Students receive a 10% discount on all knife purchases on the day of the class (Sets and sale items excluded).
