Its 26-inch-long by 29-inch-wide body is designed to accommodate two 12-inch by 20-inch food pans, and it comes with pan adapter bars for additional support. Designed for in-surface configuration, this top-mount unit features a bottom-mounted condenser and drip-resistant flange and gasket. For seamless installation, it requires a countertop cutout of 251/4 inches long by 2814 inches wide.

Great for maintaining cold temperatures over extended periods of time, this Vollrath FC-4C-02120-R refrigerated cold pan features R513A refrigerant and is insulated with high-density polyurethane. Its 3-inch recess creates a cold air blanket to protect exposed product from ambient temperatures, and for optimal cooling, its 197/8-inch long by 2434-inch wide by 8-inch deep well is surrounded by refrigeration coils. For simple operation and maintenance, this unit features a remote power switch and 1-inch-diameter drain.
