The Vollrath 38204 ServeWell SL hot food table is equipped with four food wellseach of which are made of self-insulating fiber-reinforced resin to reduce overall energy use. As many as four standard food pans can be implemented on this unit, though it also accepts standard adapter plates and insets. Over time, they resist pitting and rusting, and water buildup can be cleaned off their smooth surfaces. Each well includes no-drip lips to keep the surface clean and promote a sanitary serving station. The top and undershelf have a 20-gauge stainless steel construction, and its adjustable stainless steel legs enable the 601116-inch-wide by 2912-inch-deep by 34-inch-high unit to be installed on uneven flooring with minimized wobbling risks.
