Cambro 84CW135 Description

Designed for simple cleaning, the Cambro 84CW135 food container has a nonstick interior that resists odors, acids, and stains; this pan is made of polycarbonatea durable polymer that’s dishwasher safe. Its body is translucent, so staff can have a view of interior contents without removing its lid (sold separately). Because the bottom is textured and it features a 1/2-inch flange, it can be stacked with other containers. Eight of these stacked side by side can fill up a single full-sized food pan, and each individual piece measures four inches deep to hold 1 quart of pasta, condiments, or prepped fruits and vegetables.
