The Manitowoc Ice IDT1900N Indigo NXT ice machine head has a DuraTech exterior, which surpasses stainless steel in corrosion defense and features a clear coat that is resistant to dirt and fingerprints. Equipped with an easyTouch interface, this head has a variety of programming options, such as scheduling the unit to shut off during inactive hours, setting a daily ice production volume, or troubleshooting maintenance issues.

If conditions are ideal, the Manitowoc Ice IDT1900N commercial ice maker generates 1,815 pounds of full-cube dice ice in a 24-hour cycle. It utilizes a remotely cooled condenser, which means the condenser is installed separately from the ice machine and piped in, removing noise around the machine. The head’s acoustical ice sensing probe monitors ice cube formation, ensuring the ice is at the desired size regardless of water conditions. To facilitate the cleaning process, key internal components are removable, and some of these parts have antimicrobial AlphaSan protection.
