The six open top burners give off 30,000 BTUs and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty, cast iron grates have different measurements, the front burners measures 12″ by 12-1/2″, the rear burners measures 12″ by 14-1/2″. Every two burners share a pilot, which is ignited with a shrouded flash tube system. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen staff.
