This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The ten open top burners give off 30,000 BTUs, and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty, cast grates have different measurements, the front burners measure 12″ by 12-1/2″, the rear burners measure 12″ by 14-1/2″. Every two burners share a pilot, which is ignited with a shrouded flash tube system. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees.

The left oven is 23,000 BTU and the right is 35,000 BTU. Both oven thermostats adjust from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a low setting. Each oven is supplied with two rack guide sets, and four rack positions for you to pick from when its time to cook. The oven doors are heavy-duty with an integrated door hingespring mechanism.
