The Vulcan 48C-2B36GT Endurance Range is a highly recommended appliance and a great addition for any kitchen. It’s flexibility is unrivaled and it can adapt to nearly any location. This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The two open top burners give off 30,000 BTUs and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty, cast iron grates have different measurements, the front burners measures 12″ by 12-1/2″, the rear burners measures 12″ by 14-1/2″. Every two burners share a pilot, which is ignited with a shrouded flash tube system. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees. A manual griddle that measures 36″ is included, it has a 7/8″ thick plate and a 4″ wide front grease trough.

The oven included with this unit has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with three racks and four rack positions for you to pick from when cooking. The inside is protected by a heavy-duty door with an integrated door hinge and spring. This unit includes a cabinet, and will give you extra space to store tools you need quick access to.
