The Wolf C36S-6BN is the perfect addition for any busy kitchen that needs a unit with the ability to perform multiple tasks at once. It has a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame, with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. This durable appliance was built to withstand the hectic environment of even the most active kitchens.

It has six 30,000 BTU open top burners with lift off burner heads. It includes a shrouded flash tube pilot system, one pilot per two burners. The heavy-duty, cast grates are easily able to lift off for hassle free cleaning. These grates are 12″ by 12-1/2″ in the front and 12″ by 14-1/2″ in the back. These size grates are made to accommodate your stock pots and large pans.

The bottom and door panel of the oven is made from porcelain. Its thermostat can be adjusted from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and includes a low setting. This unit is supplied with two racks, two rack guides, and four rack positions. You’ll be able to bake fluffy and sweet cakes for desert and at the same time, flip some burger patties on the range.
