The frame rail is welded of heavy-duty steel, and coated with black powder to prevent corrosion. The full height solid door includes a positive seal self-closing feature and life-time guaranteed bolt style door lock. The interior has aluminum sides with a stainless-steel floor and ceiling. It can accommodate roll-in racks that measure 66″ in height.

The cabinet can provide temperatures in a range of 140 to 180 degrees, with a heating system that is controlled by an on/off switch located on the exterior. It has two stainless-steel finned tube heating elements designed to provide a consistent generation of heat. Low velocity fans are used to assure that even temperature is distributed.
