The Hobart LXEH-2 Base Undercounter is equipped with a large 17″ door opening and easy to access ware and racks. It is complete with an automatic type, controlled by solid-state electronics. The cycle may be interrupted at any time by opening the door. The cycle continues when the door is closed.

Eliminating confusing error codes and making operations simple. For operators, managing the daily operations of an undercounter dishwasher can be complicated. But, with Smart Display technology, gone are the days of receiving confusing error codes. The LXe Base Undercounter streamlines operations helping to keep your process on schedule. This unit will even let you know when it’s time to replace your dishwasher’s chemicals — like sanitation products.

Sanitation is accomplished by means of a built-in booster heater designed to raise the temperature of the water to a minimum of 180 degrees Fahrenheit from an incoming water temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The rinse pump is powered by a single-power motor, the rinse pump is made of high strength, engineered composite material.
