This heavy-duty, electrical griddle has a beautiful, stainless steel construction on its front and sides. The steel plate is 1/2″ thick which makes it the perfect choice of griddle to use for heating up products at quick speeds. The cooking height is 11″ and it is on 4″ adjustable legs. It has a 4″ back with tapered side splashes. These side splashes will keep grease and oil from staining the walls or dirtying other nearby equipment. The height of the legs will make it easier for you to clean underneath.
It has tubular incoloy elements with one snap-action thermostat located within every 12″ on its width. The thermostats adjust from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
