This unit is constructed of a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis with a stainless-steel front, sides, and front top ledge. The stainless-steel and tapered side splashes will keep your walls and other equipment clean from grease or oil splashes that might launch from the 1″ thick, polished steel griddle plate. Every 12″ of that griddle cooking zone is independently controlled by a solid-state temperature and IRX infrared burner technology. You can adjust the temperature from anywhere between 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit on the Rapid Recovery Plate. It has a precise, “corner-to-corner” temperature control that maximizes productivity throughput and food quality. It has an electronic ignition, with a pilot safety system to keep you and your employee’s safe.

At the end of the day, this unit is easy to clean. The stainless griddle surface doesn’t require any special cleaning tools or costly cleaners. This eliminates the labor required for proper “seasoning” of the cooking surface. It has two high capacity, 6-quart, stainless steel grease drawers for easy disposal.
