Pears, mustard and ghost peppers may seem like an unlikely flavor combination (especially for the second wing in the Hot Ones hot sauce lineup), but boy does it work in this bright, slightly sweet sauce.

Hot Ones Season 25 is off to a spicy start! The crispness of the pear comes through early with just a hint of creeping ghost pepper spice, and after notes of aromatic spices. Perfect for pork chops, on roast pumpkin or a bowl of soup.
