The recipe for this Mexican Cheese Dip was created by my grandfather, Leo Aguilar. Leo grew up an orphan in Mexico City who moved to the US and eventually became a doctor. He passed this recipe down to my mom and now it’s my turn to share it with our wonderful pocket of the world, The Fleurieu Peninsula and South Australia. I hope you enjoy our family creation as much as we do.
