Old Bones Jalapeno and Garlic Chilli Sauce 200ml

Inspired by a Louisiana-style hot sauce, Old Bones Chilli Co’s Jalapeo & Garlic Sauce is a fresh, sharp and bright and will add a delicious tang to gumbo and jambalaya. And equally at home on salads, pasta, tacos and the great Aussie Backyard BBQ.

Ingredients:Jalapeo (29%), Distilled Vinegar, Water, Garlic (2.8%), Salt, Sugar, Onions, Spices, Xanthan Gum.

Old Bones Jalapeno Grilled chicken

1 fresh chicken cut in quarters (or preferred pieces)
120 ml Old Bones Jalapeno & Garlic Sauce
A pinch Salt (optional)
1 fresh lime cut in half

Toss Jalapeno & Garlic Sauce, Salt and Chicken Pieces in bowl until covered.
Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Grill chicken or (optionally broil in oven for 40 minutes in total) turn over baste with left over sauce.
Squeeze lime juice over chicken and baste again, add more lime juice, continue to broil.
Grill till well done.
